Declan Ganley

Declan Ganley's Rivada Networks has won a $25.3m contract from the Rural Utilities Service (RUS) and National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) as part of a broadband project in southwest Alaska. Ganley, who is best known for his opposition to the Lisbon treaty, is partnering Sea Lion Management.


The companies will bring high-speed wireless connectivity to 44 areas that lack amenities such as water and sewer systems.
